Shopping guide
Payment, shipping and return rules for orders outside Taiwan are all here. If anything is unclear, just ask us on LINE or by email.
Payment
| Pay online | Pay on the order page with Visa, Mastercard or JCB, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is handled by PAYUNi, a licensed payment provider in Taiwan. |

| Currency | Prices are shown in US dollars. The card is charged in New Taiwan Dollars at a fixed rate of US$1 = NT$32, shown on the order page before you pay. Your card issuer converts it to your currency and may add a foreign transaction fee. |

Shipping and shipping cost
| All destinations | Que is US$409. Shipping and import tax are a flat US$90 per unit to every country we ship to, shown on the order page after you enter your address. Nothing more to pay on delivery. |

| Delivery time | In-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment by express courier with tracking. Made-to-order versions (3.5mm or black) ship in about 10 to 15 business days. |
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
| How to return | Email server@soundessence.com.tw or message us on LINE @soundessence with your request number. Please do not ship it back before we reply, so we can match the parcel to your order. |

| Return shipping | For non-defective returns, return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the original shipping and import tax are not refundable. |
| Defects | If the item arrives defective, does not work properly or is damaged in transit, we cover shipping both ways and help you sort it out. |
| Refund | Processed after we receive and check the item, back to the card or wallet you paid with. |
Warranty
Orders shipped outside Taiwan are covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. If the unit needs service, you ship it to us in Taiwan and we pay the return shipping to you. Physical damage, liquid damage, cable damage from pulling or crushing, self-repair or modification, and consumables such as ear tips are not covered.
Cookies and site analytics
This site uses Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand ad performance and how the site is used, such as how many people viewed a product page, placed an order or contacted us on LINE. What is collected is behavior data without your name, phone number or address, used for two purposes only: measuring ad performance, and showing ads again to people who viewed a product but have not ordered yet.
If you do not want to be tracked, turn on "Do Not Track" in your browser and this site will not load the tracking script. You can also use private browsing or an ad blocker. Turning tracking off does not affect ordering or payment.
